We faced several technical and operational challenges while converting the van into a mobile workshop for heavy vehicle maintenance. The main challenge was integrating professional maintenance equipment within a limited interior space, while ensuring safe movement, ergonomic workflow, and adherence to professional safety standards. Another major challenge involved managing the weight of the equipment and distributing loads, especially when installing power tools, air compressors, generators, lubrication systems, and heavy storage units, without compromising the vehicle’s maneuverability and suspension system performance. In addition, ensuring an adequate supply of power and ventilation for continuous field operations presented an additional complexity.
