Challenge

As part of a large fleet project, we successfully delivered over 30 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 516 vans converted into mobile offices for the Public Transport Authority in Saudi Arabia. The main challenges were transforming standard vans into fully functional office spaces while ensuring comfort, operational efficiency, and mobility. Each van required integrating office workstations, storage solutions, communication systems, electrical networks, and a climate control system—all within the limited interior space of the Sprinter. Additional challenges included maintaining consistent standards across a large fleet while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations and public service operating standards.

Solution

Each mobile office was designed with a custom interior layout optimized for workflow, space efficiency, and ergonomics. High-quality materials were used to ensure durability and a professional appearance. Electrical and communication systems were fully integrated to support office equipment and field connectivity. Climate control systems ensured a comfortable working environment, while storage and organization solutions allowed for efficient handling of documents and office supplies.

The Result

The completed project delivered a fleet of over 30 fully operational and reliable mobile offices, capable of supporting the transport authority in field operations, inspections, and public service tasks. This widespread deployment demonstrates our ability to manage large-scale, specialized vehicle conversion projects while maintaining consistent quality, safety, and functionality across all units.
